The new role places continued focus on delivering connected customer experiences

RocketMill, the UK’s largest employee-owned agency, has announced the appointment of Dinah Alam as Head of UX and CRO, further integrating their design and analytics capabilities to deliver connected experiences for its clients, which include Dropbox, HomeServe and Entain.

Previously Head of Conversion Services at digital agency Fresh Egg, where she led a team of conversion strategists and user researchers, Dinah has ten years’ prior experience in digital roles within the travel and hospitality sector.

With deep knowledge of the technology landscape and available test and learn methodologies, at RocketMill, she will focus on leading and growing the agency’s UX and Conversion Rate Optimisation services, to improve performance and deliver innovative solutions, from user focused analysis through to scaled experimentation programmes.
