One last ‘Twitter reacts’ round-up for old times’ sake?

ryanair - 01

Ryanair's post about X / Ryanair

Twitter will now be called X. Elon Musk has unveiled the app’s new look and people have had a lot to say about it, including some top creatives, designers and one senior ex-employee.

Not all of the feedback is positive, but in true Twitter form, a lot of it is very funny.

Brands including ITV, Greggs and Channel 4 have joined in the conversation on the platform formerly known as Twitter, with all the dodgy graphics, cheeky one-liners and sarcastic takes users have become accustomed to.

So, here’s one last round-up of the best brand reactions on Twitter. ‘X reacts’ doesn’t quite have the same ring to it, does it?

ITVX

ITV’s streaming arm had fun on the platform earlier today, pointing out just how similar its design is to Musk’s attempt.

Greggs

British bakery chain Greggs is no stranger to a bit of back-and-forth on Twitter. Did its social media admins miss a trick by not using the word ‘roll’ instead?

Channel 4

Guilty. Sorry.

KFC

Will the rebrand become as classic as this noughties tune?

The budget airline brand isn’t one to miss a beat when it comes to social media reactions and this post also taps into the Barbie and Oppenheimer hype. Killing two birds with one stone, you might say.
